If you order multiple watches, we will typically try to ship all items in one package. However, depending on the size and quantity of the items ordered, they may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once the shipment has been processed. NO EXTRA FEES if your order should be split into multiple packages. We always strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers.

It’s important to note that if you have already placed an order with the previous shipping address, changing your address in your account settings will not automatically update the address for existing orders. In such cases, it’s best to contact our customer support as soon as possible to request a change to the shipping address for your current order.

The specific carrier used for your order depends on the shipping destination. We use only the most reliable carriers, including DHL for our German and Austrian customers and UPS for the rest of Europe.

We offer free shipping to all EU destinations within the Schengen Area. Our premium partners, such as UPS and DHL, will ensure safe and insured delivery of your items. After placing your order and selecting “Wire Transfer” as your payment method, you’ll receive an email with our bank details. You can then proceed to make a bank transfer using these details. Please note, it’s important to use your order number as the payment reference.

After you’ve chosen your products and you’re ready to checkout, select “Cryptocurrency” as your payment method. You will then be redirected to a secure payment interface.

To proceed with the payment, ensure you have your MetaMask wallet set up and loaded with the required cryptocurrency.

We apologize, but we do not offer pre-orders for items that are currently sold out. Pre-orders are typically available for upcoming or anticipated product releases. However, once an item is sold out, we do not accept pre-orders for that specific item. Returns and Exchanges

Please note that the warranty does not cover water damages, damages caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
