Returns and Refund

Firstly, we kindly ask that you ensure your watch meets our return eligibility criteria to begin the money back process. We appreciate your understanding that if any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the return. However, rest assured, an exchange can be requested instead.
  1. The watch must remain in immaculate condition, free of any marks or scratches.
  2. Protective foils must be fully intact and undisturbed.
  3. The watch should not have been worn.
  4. No parts may have been removed.

Step By Step - Returns Guide

To set in motion the returns and money back process, we’ve prepared a step-by-step guide for you to follow. Adhering to these steps is vital, as it ensures we can handle your return request effectively and efficiently. Thank you for your cooperation.

Begin by contacting our customer support team via the contact page on our website. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. To validate the item’s original condition, attach clear photographs showcasing the watch from different angles, ensuring it’s free of any marks or scratches and the protective foils are still intact.

Our team will review your request and respond with a RMA (Return Authorization)  number if your return is approved. Please wait for this number before sending your item back.

ITEMS WITHOUT RMA CAN NOT BE PROCESSED AND WILL BE RETURNED!

Make sure your watch is in its original condition, with all protective foils intact and no signs of wear. Include all original packaging.

Securely pack the item in a box to prevent damage during transit. The original watch packaging is required to qualify for a refund. 

Clearly write or print the RMA number on the outside of the box. This will help us quickly identify your return when it arrives.

Send the package using registered mail to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Send our customer support team an email with your tracking number, so we can keep an eye out for your return.

After we receive your return and confirm that it meets all return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Please allow 14 business days for this process.   • 6-Month Warranty: Our replica watches come with a 6-month warranty, ensuring your peace of mind. We will guide you through the process to initiate an exchange or repair, as appropriate.

Wait for a response from our team. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed, which could involve shipping the product back to us for repair or exchange.

If instructed to send the watch back, ensure it is securely packaged to avoid further damage. If the issue is related to a part of the watch, make sure to include this in the package.

Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We strongly recommend using registered mail for your protection, which provides a tracking number.

Once the package has been sent, share the tracking info with our customer service team so we can anticipate its arrival and expedite the exchange or repair process.
